Family Fun at Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre

A few weeks ago we spent our Sunday afternoon at Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre. nestled in beautiful New Westminster.  Now that my girls are getting older I’m noticing that shopping with them has become easier and I’ve also noticed how much they thoroughly enjoy it!  My husband and I are in trouble. hehe! Aside from shopping at Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre, there are other things to do there too. It’s totally a one-stop destination for our families needs.

For this reason, I’m so happy to be partnering up with Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre the next few months to share with you, our experiences, things to do, giveaways and more!

Below are some family-friendly things we did at Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre a few weeks ago.

We devoured some sushi from Tora Sushi and the girls decided on munching on Subway.

After lunch, we all enjoyed a yummy treat from Marble Slab Creamery. The weather was just too nice to pass it up and the kids love the assortment of flavors they offer including the delicious waffle cones!

After our ice cream, the girls wanted to do some browsing at The Children’s Place. I honestly can’t believe how much my girls love to shop. They can be in a store forever and they don’t mind trying things on.

I took some cute shots of Charley enjoying her shopping experience at The Children’s Place.  After close to an hour of browsing and trying things on, the girls found some great deals on some new Spring clothing!

The sun was still shining when we left The Children’s Place so we decided to grab a drink from Starbucks and walk around. I love that the shopping centre is outdoors. I  didn’t feel like we were missing out on the beautiful sunshine like I would have if we were shopping at an indoor mall.

After treating the kids to ice cream, shopping, and Starbucks it was my turn to shop! I felt so relieved on our late Sunday afternoon outing to see a Walmart. I was so happy that on the last stop of our outing I could get my groceries done for the week and pick up a few items I needed to make dinner when I got home.

Oh, and my husband loved the free parking! Hehe

All in all, we had a great day visiting Queensborough Landing Shopping Centre. The next time we visit the kids really want to have lunch at Naan Bites. They LOVE the naan bread there and I want to check out some more shops including Bulk Barn!

Or maybe I’ll get my nails done. Yah. Maybe I’ll visit alone and pamper myself to shopping at an adult store, eat lunch while reading a newspaper, and then get my nails done.

Or maybe I’ll bring the girls and we can have a mother/daughter day.

Or maybe I’ll head there for the Nordstrom Vancouver Warehouse Sale happening from March 21st-26th?!!

Ah. So many options.
