Last year I had the absolute pleasure of speaking at She Talks. It was an incredible day full of inspiration.
I shared my story and message about the importance of feeling like we are enough.
I left the stage with a heart full of gratitude, conquered my first public speaking engagement, and met many new women, who I’m now proud to call friends.
She talks was recognized by CNN last year as one of the top events to attend in the world for International Women’s Day. I feel so honored that I was given the opportunity to share my story with an audience of 600 women and men, on that impactful day.
She Talks is back for it’s 2nd year, and this year you’ll hear from a diverse range of 16 influential women. Each speaker is given 8 minutes to share their accomplishments, adversities, and challenges. In fact, hearing these real, raw stories will leave you feeling inspired, and motivated this International Women’s Day!
When: Saturday, March 5, 2016 – In celebration of International Women’s Day
Chandos Pattison Auditorium at Pacific Academy, Surrey, BC
In addition, if you’re interested in attending a FULL DAY of women empowerment and inspiration Today’s Modern Women of Faith Conference is being held at the Chando’s Pattison Auditorium that evening!
Today’s Modern Women of Faith Conference is bringing together a stage of diversity with influential women from various faiths.
I’m so proud of my friend Taslim Jaffer . She will be taking the stage at Today’s Modern Women of Faith to speak about bridging the gap between different faiths, and tolerance & acceptance of one another without comprimising one’s individual faith.
Interestingly enough, she came and watched my talk at She Talks on the exact same stage last year around the same time!
If you’re interested in attending both conferences She Talks and Today’s modern women of Faith is offering a FULL ACCESS PASS to attend both for $50 (including lunch.)
For more information and to purchase tickets check out the conference website: http://www.todaysmodernfaith.com/
Thank you for sharing about both these events! Watching you up there last year gave me goosebumps, and I am soooo glad you will be there when I take the stage. You are truly an empowered woman who empowers others.
See you soon!
